Halloween 2010
2010 was a great year for new stuff. Our biggest additions were the zombie pygmies and the dark tunnel that we created on our front porch. Over the summer we worked on creating six new zombie pygmies. We used the "Easy on the Pocket Paul" skeleton as the base, and then worked to corpsify each to look like an undead zombie pygmy. We then placed the zombie pygmies to look as if they were attacking the pirates.

We also built walls on our front porch out of plywood and two by fours and painted them to look like castle walls. This created a dark tunnel which we lit using only blacklight. The glowing splatter marks and text you see were created using - of all things - laundry detergent. It was invisible during the day, but at night under black light big glowed really well.
