When placing your order, be sure to provide your name as it appears on your credit card, your exact credit card number, expiration date, credit card ID #(authorization code- the 3 digit code on the back of your card), and billing address that your credit card bank has on file. Incorrect information will cause a problem in credit validation, which may cause a delay in processing your order.

For your protection, orders are sent only to the billing address of the cardholder. Special arrangements may be made for orders that need to ship to an alternate address. Your credit card will only be billed for the items shipped and any applicable shipping and handling charges. Multiple items from the same order may be shipped separately. If items are shipped separately, you will be charged as if they were shipped together in a single shipment.

Tracking Your Order
You can check the shipping status of your order by logging in to our secure site to review your order history and carrier tracking information. We also provide you information via e-mail with messages for the services you request while on our site.

Shipping Times and Policies
Our goal is to ship all orders within 1-3 days of the day your order was received. Most items are in stock and ready for immediate shipping except where marked "Special Order." Your order will either ship via USPS 1st-class mail or UPS Ground. Priority and Express shipping can be requested at an additional charge. If you have other handling instructions contrary to the above policy please specify them in the Check Out screen.

Orders placed after October 15 will not be guaranteed for delivery by Halloween unless expedited shipping is requested. All such orders will be subject to expedited shipping charges.

Special Order items may require as much as an additional four weeks before they can ship. Special Order items include some of our custom made jewelry and replica costumes. These items will ship directly from the distributor or manufacturer. Special Order items will require a minimum additional $10 shipping charge.

Domestic orders shipped within the 48 States: Shipping costs are estimated in our Shopping Cart after you enter your order.

Orders shipped outside of the 48 states (including Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, The U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam): Shipping costs are determined by box size, weight and destination. International shipping charges will vary. Additional shipping charges for International orders will be emailed to you. We require a $150 minimum order amount for all orders going outside the continental United States.

An additional shipping charge may be added to orders with oversize freight or heavier items. Heavier items or over-sized items are identified with the words "Must Ship Via Truck" in our product displays. You will be emailed if there is an additional cost.

Skeleton Foundry reserves the right to refuse shipments to any country outside the United States.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

An email will be sent to you on the status of your order and you will be notified via email when your order ships.

Product Warranty & Returns
Guarantee/Terms: If you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise purchased from Skeleton Foundry, you may return it within 15 days of the shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price, subject to the terms and conditions below:

Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. A credit to the card (used in the original transaction) will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s).

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for items during the month of October, unless your item arrives broken or defective. If an exchange is possible, items must be returned in original packaging in like-new condition. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping fees, including the costs for returning the original item with Delivery Confirmation and for the shipment of the new item.

1. Please e-mail us at sales@skeletonfoundry.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. You must include your name, address, & original invoice number with your return. Returns should be sent UPS or insured mail, in case it is necessary to verify that they were received. We are not responsible for returns if these precautions are not taken.
3. Items must be received in new/unused condition and not missing any items in the original unopened and factory sealed package. (Please look at each item carefully before opening the factory sealed packaging.)
4. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.

All returns will be processed within 1-3 days of the date of receipt of the returned item(s).

Skeleton Foundry is not responsible for damaged or lost packages where the buyer chose a non-trackable shipping method.

We cannot accept returned items in previously sealed packages or items that have been worn, used or altered. 4th Quality skeletons, bones, and skulls are non-returnable under any circumstances.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Skeleton Foundry is not responsible for any damages incurred by you due to late shipments, misuse of products, or any other losses in excess of the total price of items purchased. Purchaser agrees to release Skeleton Foundry, its owners & affiliates from all liability over and above the original purchase price of the product(s).

What is a 4th Quality Skeleton?
Good question! We've all been to the doctor's office, the chiropractor's office, or university classroom and seen the models of the human skeletal system that they use for demonstrations or instructional use. They are molded from actual human bones and are made of a highly durable plastic. These models are of the highest quality and must pass a series of rigorous quality control measures in order to be sold into such places.

The ones that don't pass, in short, become 4th Quality parts. They may be slightly discolored, or a bit malformed, or may be missing some hardware (screws, springs, etc.). As such, they are offered at a substantial discount from their 1st Quality cousins.

These skeletal parts can be sanded, drilled into, painted ... pretty much whatever. The plastic is very durable (very difficult to break - trust us!) and will last for years.

4th Quality skeletons, skulls, and bones are sold "as is" and cannot be returned. But, after you get yours, we doubt you'll want to.

If you are missing some hardware, let us know exactly what it is you're missing (via e-mail at customerservice@skeletonfoundry.com.) and we'll try to find you replacements free of charge.
